The Share tab in Settings copies company data from your account to another Įvesk.lt account. Everything belonging to a selected company is copied: the company's settings, its custom columns, and all of its documents. If a company does not exist in the destination account yet, it is created there.
Before you start
You need the API key of the destination account — the account you want to copy data to. That key is generated in the destination account's settings, under System.
How to copy company data to another account
1. Go to Settings → Share.
2. Paste the API key.
3. Select the companies you want to copy.
4. Click the button Copy data.
Expected result: data copying will start and you will see a progress next to each company.
Common issues
"This API key is not valid."
The key does not match any account. Copy it again from the destination account's settings, under **System**, and paste it without extra spaces.
The "Copy data" button is not clickable.
You need both a valid destination API key and at least one selected company.
A company has no checkbox and cannot be selected.
Its data is being copied right now. Wait until its progress reaches the green check mark.
